Come one come all, all hands on deck needed to get Woodville setup for the big weekend. The working bees start at Woodville track on Wgtn Anniv. weekend (19, 20 & 21 Jan) and every night after work for the rest of the week. Bring your paint brushes, sledgehammers and water bottles, weedeaters etc.

 RIDER PASSES FOR SUNDAY: As always, Saturday's riders will get a free pass to Sunday's race day - tune in to Saturday's rider briefing for deets on when to collect.  Please remember these passes are for individuals only and not the whole crew. :)

 Championship Licenses are required for all classes EXCEPT: River Race, Senior Support Unders and Overs as well as Intro, Intro 1 and Intro 2 MX (50cc classes)

CAMPING AT WOODVILLE?

Camping is permitted at Woodville MX in the designated area only - no camping in the pits please!

No need to book in advance. The fee is $20 per family or individual.

Payment will be collected from you at the camp site each night.  

PLEASE NOTE: STRICTLY CASH ONLY - there will be no eftpos facility and no pay in advance...Payment will be collected from you each evening, one night at a time. Our volunteers aren't in the accommodation/hospitality trade and we just don't want the admin hassles so it's just easier for all concerned if you make sure you have your $20 cash and be ready each night when the ‘collector' calls...

...and of course, acceptable camp ground behaviour only please (not r n v campground either...) after all, this is a family show :) Cheers!

 Hey all! We know there's heaps of important family time going on atm, but keep in mind as you out on your holidays and new year celebrations...Our deadlines with the printer are tight, therfore ENTRIES FOR LISTING IN THE PROGRAMME CLOSE ON 14th JANUARY 2013! And although you may still get an entry accepted for a day or two after that, it wont be in the programme (sponsors may not love you for that) and don't forget late entry fee $50 (ouch!) So get your entries in before you head away, and stay safe!!!

Prizegiving update - This year senior prizegiving will be at the track following the days racing. Byo and CASH BAR only.
